DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>Call for Papers and Abstracts - FEAR 2026</strong> &nbsp\; We invite submissions to the 3rd International Workshop on Formal Ethical Agents and Robots (FEAR 2026)\, taking place at the University of Manchester (UK) on the 2nd-3rd of November 2026. &nbsp\; FEAR aims to bring together researchers working on formal aspects of ethical reasoning and behavior in artificial agents. &nbsp\; We welcome submissions of regular papers (up to 16 pages) describing completed research\, or abstracts (up to 2 pages) providing a high-level description of research published\, or submitted/intended for publication\, elsewhere.&nbsp\; &nbsp\; The submission deadline is <strong>August 3\, 2026</strong>.
