DESCRIPTION:<p>Call for Papers</p>\n\n<p>SSRI\, Depression\, Phenomenology</p>\n\n<p>Psychiatria Danubina\, ISSN 0353-5053</p>\n\n<p>Over the past two decades the reception of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors has shifted. Early phenomenological work approached the drugs with cautious openness (Svenaeus\, 2006). Later empirical phenomenological studies documented a more troubled picture of emotional flattening and disconnection (Teal\, 2009). This shift runs parallel to the collapse of the serotonin hypothesis of depression in psychiatric research (Moncrieff et al.\, 2022).
