DESCRIPTION:<p>The International Association for the Philosophy of Sport (IAPS) announces its 42nd Annual conference to be held in Natal\, Brazil\, September 3-6.&nbsp\; The newly formed Asociaci&oacute\;n Latina de Filosof&iacute\;a del Deporte (ALFiD) will hold its inaugural meeting concurrently.&nbsp\; &nbsp\;More information can be found at&nbsp\;http://iaps.net/conference/</a><br><br>There will be four keynotes this year.&nbsp\; Daniel Hutto\, Professor of Philosophical Psychology at the University of Wollongong (Australia) and the University of Hertfordshire (UK) will deliver the opening keynote. From the Aesthetics of Sport Department at the University of Porto\, Professor Teresa Lacerda will give the second keynote.&nbsp\; The third one will be delivered by Mike McNamee\, Professor of Applied Ethics at Swansea University and Professor Chaire Olympique Henri de Baillet Latour &amp\; Jacques Rogge 2013-14 at the University of Ghent/Universit&eacute\; Catholique de Louvain\, Belgium.&nbsp\; As a fitting finale\, John Russell\, Professor of Philosophy at Langara College (Canada) and editor of the Journal for the Philosophy of Sport\, will present this year&rsquo\;s Warren Fraleigh Distinguished Scholar Award.</p>
