The&nbsp\;purpose is to bring together traditional and formal epistemologists and cognitive scientists who focus&nbsp\;on questions such as: To what extent are norms of reasoning normative? What are epistemic norms?&nbsp\;Which kind of norms of reasoning (e.g. logical\, probabilistic\, evidentialist) hold? How should one&nbsp\;justify such norms? How can norms guide an agent&rsquo\;s reasoning in science and everyday life? What is&nbsp\;the significance of such norms for psychological investigations of human reasoning?
