DESCRIPTION:<p>Organized by the Arendt Center as part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie project &ldquo\;Rewriting Rights\,&rdquo\; this conference explores the dual sense in which feminist justice is currently &ldquo\;on trial&rdquo\;: in courtrooms\, where the conduct and performativity of legal proceedings expose the structural limitations of institutional justice\; and in culture\, where dominant narratives continue to normalize gender-based violence.
