DESCRIPTION:<p>Keynote speakers: <strong>John Norton</strong> (Pittsburgh) and <strong>C. Kenneth Waters</strong> (Calgary)</p>\n\n<p>The conference theme is &lsquo\;Philosophy of Science&rsquo\;.&nbsp\; This theme was chosen to follow the successful Calgary Summit of Philosophers of Science held in September\, 2014.&nbsp\; Papers considered will include work in scientific explanation\, methodology and practice\, induction\, realism\, values in science\, causation\, and more.&nbsp\; As such\, applications from philosophy of biology\, physics\, chemistry\, neuroscience\, social science\, and philosophy of mathematics will be welcomed.&nbsp\; </p>\n\n<p>The deadline for paper submissions is January 1st\, 2015.&nbsp\; Responses can be expected by January 15\, 2015.&nbsp\; Please ensure your paper is prepared for blind review.&nbsp\; Papers should be no longer than 3000 words.&nbsp\; A cover page is required with the following information: Author&rsquo\;s name\, institutional affiliation\, contact information\, title of the paper and abstract.
