DESCRIPTION:<p>The Philosophy Graduate Student Association at the University of Connecticut is proud to announce its second annual graduate conference in philosophy\, to be held 20 February 2016. The topic of this year&rsquo\;s conference is &ldquo\;<strong>The A Priori</strong>&ldquo\;. We&rsquo\;re pleased to announce that <strong>Elijah Chudnoff</a> (Miami)</strong> will be our keynote speaker.</p>\n\n<p>We welcome papers on the conference topic theme\, including (but not limited to):</p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>the possibility of a priori knowledge</li>\n<li>the status of a priori knowledge</li>\n<li>a priori knowledge and justification</li>\n<li>the a priori in specific areas of philosophy (e.g. ethics\, philosophy of mind)</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Submission Deadline</strong></p>\n\n<p>December 31st\, 2015</p>\n\n<p><strong>Submission Requirements</strong></p>\n\n<p>Talks will be 30 minutes long\, so please keep submissions to 3500 words or less.</p>\n\n<p>Submissions will be blind reviewed. Please submit a PDF and RTF of your document.<u><br> </u>&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;<strong> <u>Note</u></strong>: .doc and .docx are strongly discouraged.</p>\n\n<p>Please include a cover letter with your paper including your name (please initial your name for the blind process\, e.g. J.J.
