DESCRIPTION:<p>The Princeton University Graduate Conference in Political Theory will be held from&nbsp\;<strong>Friday\, April 15</strong> to&nbsp\;<strong>Saturday\, April 16\, 2016</strong>.</p>\n<p>The conference offers visiting graduate students a unique opportunity to present and receive feedback on works in progress during individualized\, 75-minute sessions. After receiving feedback from a Princeton graduate student discussant\, each author will engage in an extensive Q&amp\;A period with Princeton faculty\, students\, and guests. <strong>Alison McQueen</strong> (Stanford University) will deliver the 2016 keynote address.</p>\n<p>We welcome papers addressing any topic in political theory\, political philosophy\, or the history of political thought.</p>\n<p><strong>Submission deadline</strong>: Sunday\, December 13\, 2015. Graduate students in political theory will review papers over winter break. The conference committee will send acceptance notifications to &nbsp\;candidates in late January\, 2016.</p>\n<p><strong>Format</strong>: Please format papers for blind review\, making sure to exclude any personal and institutional information.</p>\n<p><strong>Length</strong>: Papers should not exceed 10\,000 words (excluding footnotes and bibliographic information).&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><strong>How to submit</strong>: Please upload submissions as PDFs to our submission management platform\, which can be found at:&nbsp\;<a href="http://politicaltheory.princeton.edu/openconf/openconf.php">http://politicaltheory.princeton.edu/openconf/openconf.php</a></p>\n<p><strong>Funding</strong>: We will provide assistance for participants' transportation.
