Blue Pine Books invites submissions of papers on the topic "Buddhism \;and Peace" for possible inclusion in an upcoming publication of \;collected articles. The resulting book will investigate peace from \;the theoretical and practical perspectives of an array of Buddhist \;traditions. Within the frame of Buddhism and peace\, submissions may \;address such issues as the individual and peace\, society and conflict \;resolution\, environmentalism\, world peace\, culture and peace\, \;scriptural bases for/against engaging in peacemaking practices\, \;historical examples of Buddhist figures and peace. \;

Guidelines: Electronic submissions are acceptable in Word\, \;WordPerfect\, PDF or HTML formats. Please use standard academic style \;(Chicago or MLA). References must be cited in full. Papers should be \;written primarily in the English language with non-English citations \;in transliteration or appropriate scripts.
