DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>***The deadline of this CFP has been extended to Friday\, April 1st.***</strong></p>\n<p>The graduate students at the Universities of Fribourg\, Lausanne\, Neuch&acirc\;tel and Geneva invite submissions from graduate students of papers to be presented at the first Lake Geneva Graduate Conference\, which will be held at the University of Geneva on Friday\, May 27th\, 2016.</p>\n<p>Every effort will be made to cover travel costs in part if not in full\, including for selected graduate students traveling from outside Europe. Meals and accommodation will be provided.</p>\n<p><strong>Keynote speakers:&nbsp\;</strong><strong>Prof. Karen Bennett </strong>(Cornell) &amp\; <strong>Prof. Christian W&uuml\;thrich</strong> (Geneva)</p>\n<p><strong>Topic:&nbsp\;</strong>Explanation\, broadly conceived.</p>\n<p><strong>Submission guidelines:</strong></p>\n<p>*All papers should be of a maximum of 10 pages (single-spaced). They should correspond to presentations of 30 to 40 minutes\, to be followed by 20 minutes of discussion.</p>\n<p>*Only PDF files will be accepted.</p>\n<p>*Submissions must be prepared for blind-review.</p>\n<p>*Please include a separate PDF file as a cover page stating your name\, a reminder of the title of your submission\, your current academic institution(s) and your academic email address.</p>\n<p>*Please send your submissions to the following address: <a href="mailto:lg2c.papers@gmail.com">lg2c.papers@gmail.com</a></p>\n<p>*Submissions from graduate students at academic institutions from the Lake Geneva area who are NOT part of the LG2C team are invited as well. These submissions will be transferred for blind-review to researchers located outside the Lake Geneva area.
