DESCRIPTION:<p>CCPEA 2016 invites <strong>contributed papers</strong> and <strong>contributed symposia</strong> on topics in contemporary philosophy\, broadly construed\, including the following areas: logic\, metaphysics\, epistemology\, philosophy of language\, philosophy of mind\, philosophy of science\, ethics\, political philosophy\, aesthetics\, philosophy of religion\, Asian philosophy\, European philosophy\, comparative philosophy\, and history of philosophy in contemporary perspective.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Although analytic approaches are preferred\, continental and other approaches are also welcomed.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Please submit an <strong>abstract</strong> prepared for anonymous review as an <strong>e-mail attachment</strong> to <a href="mailto:ccpea2016@snu.ac.kr">ccpea2016@snu.ac.kr</a> by <strong>April 15\, 2016.&nbsp\;</strong><strong>&nbsp\;</strong></p>\n<p><strong><br></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Contributed Papers</strong></p>\n<p>The abstract for contributed papers must be no more than <strong>500 words</strong> and in MS Word (*.doc) or Rich Text Format (*.rtf). Each accepted paper will be allocated <strong>30 minutes </strong>(20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion).<strong><br></strong></p>\n<p><strong><br></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Contributed Symposia</strong></p>\n<p>The abstract for contributed symposia must be no more than <strong>1\,700 words</strong> in MS Word (*.doc) or Rich Text Format (*.rtf). It should include</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; (1) a general description of the format and the topic of the proposed symposium and its significance (maximum<strong> 500 words</strong>)\, and</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; (2) an abstract of each paper (<strong>2-3 papers</strong>\, maximum <strong>500 words </strong>for each).</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;An accepted symposium will be allocated <strong>90 minutes</strong> for presentation and discussion of at least two papers.&nbsp\;<strong>&nbsp\;</strong><strong>&nbsp\;</strong></p>\n<p><strong><br></strong></p>\n<p>When you submit the abstract\, please provide the following information in the <strong>main body </strong>of<strong> your e-mail</strong>:&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>&nbsp\; 1.
