DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>Masterclass with Professor John Broome</strong></p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp\;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>July 22-23\, 2016</strong></p>\n<p><strong>T&uuml\;bingen\, Germany</strong></p>\n<p>John Broome\, Emeritus White&rsquo\;s Professor of Moral Philosophy at Oxford University\, will hold a masterclass in practical philosophy at the University of T&uuml\;bingen. We invite papers on John Broome&rsquo\;s work on normativity and practical reasoning. Submissions related to his most recent monograph &ldquo\;Rationality Through Reasoning&rdquo\; are particularly encouraged. The papers should take no more than 30 minutes to present. Each presentation will be followed by 20 minutes of discussion.</p>\n<p>Applications should include an abstract of 500-1000 words (prepared for blind review) and a separate title page with author details. All applications should be submitted to <a href="mailto:peter.koenigs@uni-tuebingen.de">peter.koenigs@uni-tuebingen.de</a>. Deadline for submission is March 31.
