UID:20260615T004314Z-iCalPlugin-Grails@philevents-web-bd7db559-gt5qm
TZID:Europe/London
LOCATION:Bristol\, United Kingdom
DESCRIPTION:
Ever since Lewis' celebrated possible worlds account\, counterfactuals have&nbsp\;been deeply involved with the notion of time. These days there are&nbsp\;alternative formulations of the semantics of counterfactuals\, some of which&nbsp\;focus on the complex role of probabilities (Leitgeb) and of formal&nbsp\;branching-time models of indeterminism (Mueller). The aim of the workshop is&nbsp\;to bring together researchers who are interested in both counterfactuals and&nbsp\;time\, to share results and ideas.
\n
Please send 500 word abstracts for 45 minute talks to&nbsp\;alex.malpass@bristol.ac.uk
\n
Everyone is welcome. There is no registration fee. Speakers will have a&nbsp\;contribution towards their travel and accommodation costs.
\n
Deadline for the first call is the 1st of May.

All are welcome.
