DESCRIPTION:<p>In contemporary debates in philosophy\, jurisprudence and political sciences&nbsp\;Immanuel Kant is always referred to as a liberal thinker. For instance\, he&nbsp\;is still the main author of reference when talking about the justification&nbsp\;of human dignity as an innate right\, liberal conceptions of international&nbsp\;law as well as cosmopolitan peace theories. But is Kant really the liberal&nbsp\;theoretician he is purported to be?
