DESCRIPTION:<p>Welcome to the inaugural&nbsp\;<strong>Jazz and Philosophy Intermodal Conference (JPIC)&nbsp\;</strong>for&nbsp\;<strong>2017&nbsp\;</strong>hosted by&nbsp\;<strong>La Posada Hotel &amp\; Gardens</strong>\, Winslow\, AZ\,&nbsp\;<strong>May</strong><strong>&nbsp\;5-7\, 2017</strong></p>\n<p><strong>The primary purpose of the Jazz &amp\; Philosophy Intermodal Conference is to promote philosophical investigations related to jazz.</strong>&nbsp\; You can see what some of these philosophical issues are by going on the editable Wiki website:&nbsp\;http://PhilosophyOfJazz.net&nbsp\;or&nbsp\;poj.fm&nbsp\;(same website\, but easier to type).</p>\n<p>The conference runs Friday night (7-10 pm) through Sunday morning (9:30-11:30 am) at the&nbsp\;<strong>La Posada&nbsp\;Hotel &amp\; Gardens</strong>&nbsp\;in Winslow\, AZ. &nbsp\;You can travel by&nbsp\;<strong>Amtrak train</strong>&nbsp\;from anywhere&nbsp\;in&nbsp\;the U.S. to La Posada&rsquo\;s back door in Winslow\, AZ. &nbsp\;It is a restored railway hotel.</p>\n<p>There will be <strong>live jazz jams</strong> with professional musicians both Friday and Saturday nights. &nbsp\;See details for conference at http://jpic.fm .</p>
