DESCRIPTION:<p>Papers on any philosophical topic are welcome. Papers should be designed for a presentation&nbsp\;time of about 20-30 minutes. Submitted papers must be sent electronically no later than<strong> Friday\,&nbsp\;</strong><strong>December 28\, 2012. </strong>Authors of accepted papers will be notified in mid-January.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>All submissions should be formatted for blind review and sent to John Whitmire\, Associate&nbsp\;Professor of Philosophy and NCPS Secretary-Treasurer\, at jwhitmire@email.wcu.edu.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>In the body of your email\, please indicate your name\, email address\, phone number\, and&nbsp\;institutional affiliation (if any). If you wish your paper to be considered for a prize (see below)\,&nbsp\;please note whether you are an untenured faculty member\, graduate student\, or undergraduate.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Undergraduate submissions are again strongly encouraged\, and there will be a $175 prize for the best NCPS paper submitted by an untenured faculty member\, a $125 prize for the best NCPS graduate student paper\, and a $100 prize for the best NCPS undergraduate paper.</p>\n<p>Further details including submission instructions can be found at the NCPS website:</p>
