DESCRIPTION:<p>Registration is free but required.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Registration Dead-line\, September 1 2017.</p>\n<p>Call for papers: there will be two grants for early career philosophers (PhD required\, postdoctoral level or non-tenured position).&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Hinge epistemology originates in the works of the later Wittgenstein (with special reference to <em>On Certainty</em>) and G.E. Moore. It has been developed in various fashions in the past decades and brought to bear on issues such as external world skepticism\, epistemic relativism\, moral and religious epistemology\, social epistemology and the epistemology of logic. Papers should address interpretative or theoretical issues concerned with the origins or current developments of this trend of contemporary epistemology.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Deadline for submission of the whole paper or long abstract (minimum 1K words): May 31\, 2017</p>\n<p>Email: sdconnor@uci.edu</p>\n<p>Manuscripts should be prepared for blind review.
