Submitted papers should be (i) no more than 14 double-spaced pages\, (ii) prepared for blind review\, and (iii) accompanied by a separate page that includes title\, author information (name\, affiliation\, and contact information)\, and an abstract not exceeding 150 words. Materials should be submitted as either RTF or PDF files to Prof. Bryan Wesley Hall at hallbw@ius.edu. Suggestions for commentators and sessions chairs\, including self-nominations\, are also welcome.</p>\n\n<p><em>Graduate Paper Prize</em></p>\n<p>The IPA will present an award to the best paper submitted by a graduate student. The award will be accompanied by a cash prize of $100. Graduate student papers submitted for the competition should be identified as such on the title sheet.</p>\n\n<p>Information about local arrangements will be announced as the date of the meeting approaches.
