DESCRIPTION:<p>The Mississippi Philosophical Association (MPA) will be holding its annual meeting on February 9-10\, (Friday-Saturday)\, on the Mississippi State University campus in Starkville\, MS. We seek participants whose work explores philosophical issues related to well-being and happiness.</p>\n<p>While the MPA is a regional organization\, we seek broad participation in this conference. Philosophers from all institutions and locations are encouraged to submit abstracts.</p>\n<p><strong>GRADUATE STUDENT PRIZE:</strong> There will be cash prizes of $200 (first) and $100 (second) for the best graduate student presentations. If you are a graduate student and want to be eligible for the prize\, please note your graduate student status on the title page of your submission.</p>
