Mikló\;s Ré\;dei is Professor of Philosophy and Head of Department at LSE&rsquo\;s Department of Philosophy\, Logic and Scientific Method\, who has been a constant leading influence on the philosophy and the foundations of physics\, especially in the application of mathematical techniques to clarify the philosophical foundations of quantum theory. Mikló\;s has also been one of the founders and leaders of the philosophy of science research group that Jeremy Butterfield labeled as &ldquo\;the Budapest School&rdquo\;. The workshop\, arranged on the occasion of his 65th birthday\, will bring together philosophers and physicists inspired by the work of Mikló\;s to celebrate his influence and achievements in philosophy of science as well as to discuss new work\, in particular in the foundations of quantum physics.
