DESCRIPTION:<p>We invite submissions of abstracts for work on the epistemology of ethics. This work may concern moral epistemology or epistemology for practical matters more generally. Relevant topics include\, but are not limited to: the nature of justification for ethical thought\, intuition in ethical thought\, ethical perception\, ethical deference\, ethical expertise\, relationships between particular metaethical theories and particular epistemological theories\, arguments for or against (global or local) ethical skepticism\, the relationship between ethical and non-normative epistemology\, the epistemic significance of ethical disagreement\, and the relationship between reasons for belief and reasons for action.</p>\n<p><strong>Guest Speakers:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Michael Huemer</li>\n<li>Matthew Lutz</li>\n<li>Sarah McGrath</li>\n<li>Jacob Ross</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Submission Guidelines:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Abstracts between 500 and 750 words should be sent to <a href="mailto:fritz.207@osu.edu">fritz.207@osu.edu</a> by January 12\, 2018.</li>\n<li>Abstracts must be prepared for blind review.</li>\n<li>Authors will be notified of their acceptance by February 19\, 2018.</li>\n<li>Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be asked to submit a completed version of their papers by March 26\, 2018.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Questions? </strong>Contact James Fritz at <a href="mailto:fritz.207@osu.edu">fritz.207@osu.edu</a>.&nbsp\;</p>
