\nIt is commonly agreed that the Self is constituted by memories. Less agreement exists about which memories constitute which aspects of the Self and which role conscious and unconscious mental processes play for the storage\, retrieval and processing of memories in the construction of the Self. How is the Self built through memory and how does the Self influence what we remember? Why are some memory processes and contents conscious and others unconscious? What is the relationship between conscious and unconscious aspects of the Self?
\nThe workshop brings together renowned psychologists\, neuropsychologists and philosophers working on memory\, the Self and the unconscious mind to establish an interdisciplinary perspective on the relation between these three phenomena.

In addition to the invited talks we invite contributions for a poster session. The poster session is supposed to provide PhD-students and PostDocs with the opportunity to present and discuss their research on the Self\, memory\, or the unconscious mind with an audience of international experts on the intersection of these three topics. Submissions that combine at least two of the topics will be preferred.
Submissions for a poster presentation should consist either of an abstract with no more than 600 words or a poster. The poster submissions should be in PDF-format and should be properly anonymized in order to allow for blind review.
