LSNA/SELLF CONGRESS\, MONTREAL 2018 \; The Twelfth Annual Conference of the Leibniz Society of North America and the Third Congress of the Socié\;té\; d&rsquo\;é\;tudes leibniziennes de langue franç\;aise will be a joint event held at the Université\; de Montré\;al\, on October 12-14\, 2018. With this joint meeting\, both Societies wish to gather scholars from their distinct linguistic communities for a better sharing of research. The Congress will be bilingual\, so that half of all the papers will be in French\, the other half in English. The Congress will begin early on Friday and end on Sunday at the latest at 3pm. Participants will be strongly encouraged to use Power point presentations or printed manuscripts for their presentation to facilitate the discussion. Papers on any aspect of Leibniz&rsquo\;s philosophy will be considered and should have a reading time of approximately 45 minutes. Submissions should take the form of abstracts of 500 words or less\, prepared for blind refereeing. They should be submitted\, as attachments to emails in either Microsoft Word or PDF format\, to \;leibniz.sellf@gmail.com. The deadline for the receipt of submissions is January 1st\, 2018.
Authors will be notified by mid-January of the program committee&rsquo\;s decision. \;
Le douziè\;me congrè\;s de la Leibniz Society of North America et le troisiè\;me congrè\;s de la Socié\;té\; d&rsquo\;é\;tudes leibniziennes de langue franç\;aise se tiendront conjointement à\; l&rsquo\;Université\; de Montré\;al du 12 au 14 octobre 2018. Avec ce congrè\;s commun\, les deux Socié\;té\;s souhaitent rassembler des chercheurs des deux communauté\;s linguistiques pour un meilleur partage de la recherche.
