DESCRIPTION:<p>Florida State University&rsquo\;s Minorities and Philosophy Chapter (MAP @ FSU) invites submissions in <strong>any area of philosophy</strong> for its 12th Annual Graduate Philosophy Conference to be held on Friday\, April 6\, 2018.</p>\n<p><em>Keynote Speaker:&nbsp\;</em><strong>Lisa Miracchi\,&nbsp\;</strong><strong>Assistant Professor of Philosophy\, University of Pennsylvania</strong></p>\n<p><strong><br></strong></p>\n<p><em>Submission Guidelines</em></p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; I.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; </strong><strong>Submission Deadline: </strong>Please send submissions to fsumapconference@gmail.com by Friday\, February 16\, 2018 (previously Friday\, February 9\, 2018).<strong></strong></p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; II.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; </strong><strong>Submissions must meet the following requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; i.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; A submission must be an abstract of no more than 500 words of a paper that explores the intersection of philosophy and race\, gender\, class\, sexuality\, disability\, culture\, and/or native language.
