If the book proposal is accepted\, authors will be invited to submit a manuscript for peer-review. Publication will be contingent upon successful peer-review.</p>\n<p>Submission deadline for proposals: September 15\, 2018</p>\n<p>Submission deadline for manuscripts of accepted papers: May 15\, 2019</p>\n<p>Expected publication: 2020</p>
