DESCRIPTION:<p>The UT Austin Philosophy Department is hosting the 6th annual Austin Graduate Ethics and Normativity Talks (AGENT) Conference on&nbsp\;<strong>November 9th and 10th</strong>. We invite graduate students to submit high quality papers for presentation&nbsp\;in any area of philosophy related to ethics\, normativity\, and value broadly construed. This can include&nbsp\;philosophical subfields as they relate to normativity\, such as (but not limited to) philosophy of language\, mind\, logic\, mathematics\, epistemology\, and metaphysics.</p>\n<p>Our keynote speaker will be&nbsp\;<strong>Tristram McPherson (Ohio State University).</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Submission Deadline: Friday\, September 8th\, 2018.</strong></p>\n<p>All submissions must be 4000 words or less and prepared for blind review. Please submit all documents (in .pdf\, .docx\, or .doc format) to&nbsp\;austinethics2017@gmail.com&nbsp\;with the subject &lsquo\;AGENT2018 submission&rsquo\;. Please use your paper title as the document&rsquo\;s name (e.g.\,&nbsp\;InterestingPaper.pdf). One submission per author.
