DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>Consciousness&nbsp\;Research Network&nbsp\;(CoRN) Meeting 2019</strong></p>\n\n<strong>January 23-25\, 2019</strong>\n<strong>Okazaki\, Japan</strong>\nhttps://www.conresnet.org<br></a>\n\n<p>The second meeting of Consciousness Research Network (CoRN 2019) will be held at the Okazaki Conference Center (Aichi\, Japan) in January 23-25\, 2019. The venue is near the Nagoya city\, one of the biggest and most exciting cities in Japan\, with easy access to many traditional shrines and temples\, and great food.</p>\n<p><strong>Call for Abstracts</strong><br></p>\n<p>Submissions of abstracts (not exceeding 500 words) are invited for oral / poster presentation. We welcome submissions of conceptual/theoretical and empirical work from a wide range of disciplines\, including philosophy\, neuroscience\, psychology\, cognitive science\, medical science\, biology\, robotics\, as well as other relevant fields.<br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>For those who prefer poster presentation\,&nbsp\;notification regarding acceptance will be emailed to authors&nbsp\;within one week after submission.&nbsp\;The deadline for abstract submission for poster is&nbsp\;<strong>January 9\, 2019</strong>.&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>For those who prefer oral presentation\, the deadline for abstract submission is&nbsp\;<strong>November 30\, 2018</strong>. It is a 5 min-walk from the venue (The Okazaki Conference Center). We secured a limited number of rooms (~20) at Mishima Lodge. If you wish to reserve a room\, indicate it at the registration page. The fee will be 2\,400 or 2\,600 yen per night.&nbsp\;</p>
