DESCRIPTION:<p>GEM will bring together leading scholars and young researchers and provide a forum to discuss unpublished projects. The conference will be held over the course of two days and will feature two international keynote speakers and eight selected papers chosen via a blind-review process based on received submissions. We will be able to provide small travel bursaries to selected speakers\, preference will be given to young researchers. Each speakerslot will be 75 minutes long\, 35-40 minutes for presentation\, the remainder for discussion.</p>\n<p>Keynote Speakers:</p>\n\n<p>Jessica Brown (St. Andrews)</p>\n<p>Daniel Greco (Yale)</p>\n\n<p>Call for Papers</p>\n<p>We invite submission of high quality work in any area of analytic epistemology\, including formal\, social\, and feminist epistemology. Papers engaging with the work of the keynote speakers will be given special consideration.</p>\n<p>Papers should be suitable for 35-40 minute presentations and should not exceed 5000 words\, excluding footnotes and bibliography. Papers should be prepared for blind review\, and submitted as PDFs with a separate cover sheet that includes: the author&rsquo\;s name\, institutional affiliation\, contact information\, paper title\, word count and an abstract of no more than 200 words.</p>\n<p>Deadline for submissions: March 15th 2019.</p>\n<p>Notification of acceptance by April 1st 2019.</p>\n<p>Contact/Submissions:&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>goethe.epistemology.meeting@gmail.com</p>
