\nThe University of Kansas Graduate Association of Philosophy Students is pleased to announce our 4th Annual Undergraduate Philosophy Conference. The keynote speaker this year will be Professor Ryan Preston-Roedder (Occidental College).
\nWe welcome papers in any area of philosophy suitable for a 20 minute talk. Each paper will receive comments from a KU philosophy graduate student (10 minutes)\, and be followed by a question and answer session (15 minutes). All undergraduate students are eligible to submit papers. We strongly encourage individuals belonging to underrepresented groups to participate in the conference.
\nA $100 prize will be awarded to the best paper to be presented at the conference.
\nPapers should be submitted as a Word document or pdf and prepared for blind review. Please include a separate cover sheet with full name\, paper title\, university or college\, e-mail address\, and phone number. Please ensure that the title of the paper is the same as the title on the cover page.
\nSend papers to KU.UndergradPhilosophyConf@gmail.com \;by March 24th\, 2019. Notification of acceptance will be March 29th\, 2019.
