DESCRIPTION:<p>Call for Participants</p>\n<p>Confirmed keynote speakers:</p>\n<p>Dr Fern Elsdon-Baker&nbsp\; British Council</p>\n<p>Professor Stephen Clark\, Emeritus Professor of Philosophy\, University of Liverpool</p>\n<p>Papers are welcome on any aspect of the relationship between or interaction of (new) atheism and/or scientism and open-mindedness.&nbsp\; Each presenter will have 30 minutes to speak followed by 15 minutes for questions and discussion.&nbsp\; Papers from postgraduate research students are welcome.</p>\n<p>Abstracts of not more than 300 words should be sent as word documents by the 31st December to <a href="mailto:s.hitchen1@lancaster.ac.uk">s.hitchen1@lancaster.ac.uk</a></p>\n<p>Attendance is free but registration in advance is necessary as places are strictly limited.</p>
