DESCRIPTION:<p>The Novembertagung on the History and Philosophy of Mathematics is an international graduate conference in the history of mathematics and neighbouring fields. It aims to provide an opportunity for PhD students and early career researchers to present and discuss their research in an informal and safe environment.</p>\n<p>This year\, the conference will take place <strong>from 31/10/2019 to 02/11/2019</strong> in the Institut de Recherche Math&eacute\;matique Avanc&eacute\;e (IRMA) of the University of <strong>Strasbourg\, France</strong>. Keynotes will be given by June Barrow-Green (Open University) and Roy Wagner (ETH Zurich).</p>\n<p>We are looking for contributions by PhD students and early career researchers until 15/05/2019 on the theme of this years conference: Mathematical Cultures\, Values and Norms. See the Call for Abstracts for details on requirements\, theme and funding.</p>\n<p>The conference is organised by Paul Hasselku&szlig\; (D&uuml\;sseldorf)\, Tiago Hirth (Lisbon)\, Deborah Kant (Konstanz)\, Rosie Lev-Halutz (Tel Aviv)\, Nicolas Michel (Paris\, Sphere)\, Gatien Ricotier (Strasbourg) and Benjamin Wilck (HU Berlin).</p>\n<p>For now\, the 30th Novembertagung is graciously supported by the GDR 3398 &ldquo\;Histoire des math&eacute\;matiques&rdquo\;\, the Labex IRMIA and the Institut de Recherche Math&eacute\;matique Avanc&eacute\;e (IRMA).</p>
