DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>Dates:</strong> 20-21 September 2019<br><strong>Submission deadline:</strong> 19 April 2019<br><strong>Location:</strong> Budapest\, Hungary<br><br>The Political\, Moral\, and Legal Philosophy Research Group (POLEMO) at Central European University will organize its 2nd annual conference the POLEMO Symposium on 20-21 September 2019 in Budapest\, Hungary.</p>\n<p>We are happy to announce that the keynote lecture of the conference will be delivered by<br><strong>Dr. Sarah Fine (King&rsquo\;s College London)</strong>.</p>\n<p>We welcome submission from all areas of political\, legal\, and moral philosophy broadly understood.</p>\n<p>To apply\, please send an abstract of maximum 400 words to kapelner_zsolt@phd.ceu.edu by <strong>19th April</strong>. Abstracts have to be in PDF format and prepared for blind review. In the body of your email please include your name\, institutional affiliation\, and contact information. Notifications of acceptance will be sent out by 10th May. The call is open to all scholars including graduate students.</p>\n<p>Our aim is to bring together a diverse group of scholars for a lively and productive exchange\, thus we encourage applications from groups underrepresented in philosophy on the basis of gender\, race\, sexual orientation\, region\, disability or otherwise.</p>\n<p>Please note that POLEMO is unable to provide financial assistance for applicants.<br>If you have any questions\, contact us at kapelner_zsolt@phd.ceu.edu.<br><br></p>
