We invite submissions for the annual graduate student conference at Saint Louis University\, October 25-26\, 2019. Papers may be on any topic in philosophy of religion\, but papers that explore the conference theme will be given preference.
\nSome questions this topic is meant to explore may include\, but are by no means limited to:
\nWhat is the nature of divine justice? What is the connection between divine goodness\, divine justice\, and divine love? What do we owe\, as a matter of justice\, to God? How does justice play a role in atonement? Is human suffering compatible with divine justice? Is divine \;hiddennessa challenge to God&rsquo\;s existence? Is gratuitous evil a challenge to God&rsquo\;s existence? What is the relationship between human forgiveness\, divine forgiveness\, and divine punishment? What is the role of justice\, mercy\, and forgiveness in philosophy of religion? What is the relationship between divine justice and animal suffering?
