DESCRIPTION:<p>N.N. Burdenko Voronezh State Medical University\, Institute of Philosophy\, Russian Academy of Sciences in association with Voronezh Institute of Practical Psychology and Psychology of Business are pleased to announce the philosophical conference</p>\n<p>PHILOSOPHIA PERENNIS: Aristotelian and Scholastic Ideas in the Contemporary Analytic Philosophy.</p>\n<p>The conference will take place on September 20&ndash\;22\, 2019 at the Voronezh State Medical University (Voronezh\, Russian Federation).</p>\n<p>We invite contributions on all topics related to attempts to solve major contemporary philosophical problems inspired by modern rethinking of Aristotelian and/or Scholastic ideas.We welcome also critical accounts of the contemporary attempts to solve the philosophical problems along Aristotelian and/or Scholastic line of thought.</p>\n<p>Invited speakers:</p>\n<p>Pavel Butakov (Institute of Philosophy and Law\, Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences\, Novosibirsk)</p>\n<p>Petr Dvorž&aacute\;k (Institute of Philosophy\, Czech Academy of Sciences\, Prague)</p>\n<p>Ciro de Florio (Universit&agrave\; Cattolica del Sacro Cuore\, Milan)</p>\n<p>Alexej Gaginskij (Institute of Philosophy\, Russian Academy of Sciences\, Moscow)</p>\n<p>Igor Gasparov (Voronezh State Medical University)</p>\n<p>Victor Gorbatov (Higher School of Economics\, Moscow)</p>\n<p>Julia Gorbatova (Higher School of Economics\, Moscow)</p>\n<p>Cyrill Karpov (Institute of Philosophy\, Russian Academy of Sciences\, Moscow)</p>\n<p>Bruno Niederbacher (Innsbruck University)</p>\n<p>Andrew Pinsent (Oxford University)</p>\n<p>If you are interested in participating in the conference\, please send the full text of your paper (approximately 3000-4000 words) to&nbsp\;<a><u>gasparov</u><u>@mail.ru&nbsp\;</u></a>by August 15\, 2019. Notification of acceptance will be given by the end of August. The authors of accepted papers will get the opportunity to present their work for 30 minutes and to enjoy 15 minutes discussion thereafter.
