DESCRIPTION:<p>Celebrating the eighth Global Media and Information Literacy Week (24 &ndash\; 31 Oct 2019)\, the UNESCO Chair on Cyberspace and Culture is organizing the &ldquo\;Global Media and Information Literacy Seminar: Media and Information Literate Citizens&rdquo\; on Tuesday\, 22 October 2019.</p>\n<p>This seminar aims to address the concept of MIL Citizens and how MIL can contribute to improving the levels of information\, engagement\, and empowerment for all.
