DESCRIPTION:<p>The Department of Philosophy&nbsp\;at the University of Arizona will host a conference for graduate students in feminist philosophy and related areas on&nbsp\;February 8&ndash\;9\, 2020. The conference will be held in Tucson\, Arizona.</p>\n<p>The keynote speakers will be&nbsp\;Elizabeth Barnes\, Professor of Philosophy at the University of Virginia\, and Connie Rosati\, Professor of Philosophy at the University of Arizona.</p>\n<p>The conference is organized by&nbsp\;Karolina Wisniewska&nbsp\;and&nbsp\;Caroline King.</p>\n<p>Papers on any theme or topic within feminist philosophy will be considered. We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in philosophy to submit.</p>\n<p>Abstracts and papers are due via email in PDF form by&nbsp\;Monday\, November 25\, 2019. Acceptance notices will be sent by late December. Please limit abstracts to&nbsp\;500 words&nbsp\;and papers to&nbsp\;3000 words\, and format for&nbsp\;blind review. In the body of the email\, please include:&nbsp\;the title of the paper\, your name\, email address\, and institutional affiliation. Each presentation will be accompanied by comments\, after which there will be a general Q&amp\;A.</p>\n<p>Limited funds may be made available to help offset travel costs.</p>\n<p>Please send submissions to&nbsp\;femphilaz@gmail.com.</p>
