Each contestant may submit one essay entry only.</p>\n<p>&bull\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; <strong>Awards:</strong> The first-place winner will receive $100 and be asked to read the paper at the KPA annual meeting.
