DESCRIPTION:<p>The eleventh INEM conference will be hosted by the Erasmus Institute for Economics and Philosophy (EIPE) at the Erasmus University Rotterdam.</p>\n<p><strong>Panel Discussion 'The Future of Philosophy of Economics'</strong></p>\n<p>The conference will also feature a panel discussion on the future of philosophy of economics\, with an opening statement by Jack Vromen (Erasmus University Rotterdam).</p>\n<p><strong>Call for papers</strong><br></p>\n<p>Proposals for contributed papers as well as symposia (of three papers each) are welcome in all areas of philosophy of economics\, including the methodology of economics\, ethical aspects of economics\, and foundations of rational choice theory. Submissions that combine different areas of philosophy of economics with each other are particularly welcome. We especially encourage submissions from graduate students and members of underrepresented groups.<br><br><strong>Abstract submission</strong><br></p>\n<p>Please submit an abstract (1\,000-1\,500 words) to&nbsp\;INEMRotterdam@gmail.com</a>. Please prepare your abstract for anonymous review and submit it as an attachment (*.pdf). Please include the contact details of the author (name\, affiliation\, email address) in the email. The deadline for submissions is 15 January\, 2013. Acceptance will be communicated by 15 March\, 2013.<br><br><strong>Symposia proposal submission</strong><br></p>\n<p>Please submit a description of a symposium (1\,500-3\,000 words) to&nbsp\;INEMRotterdam@gmail.com</a>. The description should contain both a clear explanation of the topic as well as three short abstracts of the papers. Please prepare the description for anonymous review and submit it as an attachment (*.pdf). Please include the contact details of the symposium chair and all authors (name\, affiliation\, email address) in the email. The deadline for submissions is 15 January\, 2013.
