DESCRIPTION:<p>Since Kant\, scholars have tended to assume that the critical method is a fundamental part of doing philosophy. But can it help us address the challenges of the twenty-first century\, such as globalization and climate change? Some scholars now suggest it is that it is domineering and Eurocentric\, hopelessly outdated and overly negative. So should we embrace different ways of thinking and knowing\, and what might they be?
