DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>Details</strong></p>\n<p>Recently\, the concept of exploitation has received renewed attention in moral and political theory. We invite papers for a workshop that focuses on exploitation\, addressing topics such as\, `What is exploitation?&rsquo\;\, `What\, if anything\, is wrong with exploitation?&rsquo\;\, and `What is the role of a theory of exploitation within a broader moral and political theory?&rsquo\; We also invite papers of a more applied nature that focus on topics like sweatshops\, surrogate labor\, and medical care.</p>\n\n<p>The workshop will be held at the University of San Diego on March 9 and 10. We will accept 5-6 papers for 90 minute presentation and Q&amp\;A sessions. Selected papers may be considered for publication in an edited volume.</p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Submissions</strong></p>\n<p>Please submit anonymized papers\, no longer than 7500 words\, with the subject line &lsquo\;exploitation workshop&rsquo\; to&nbsp\;Benjamin.ferguson@warwick.ac.uk</a>&nbsp\;&nbsp\;by January 31.
