DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>Call for Papers</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Inaugural Conference in Philosophy of Religion</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Princeton Project in Philosophy and Religion (</strong><a href="https://pppr.princeton.edu"><strong>PPPR</strong></a><strong>)</strong></p>\n<p><strong>University Center for Human Values</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Princeton University</strong></p>\n\n<p>The Princeton Project in Philosophy and Religion (<a href="https://pppr.princeton.edu">https://pppr.princeton.edu</a>) is excited to announce an inaugural conference in philosophy of religion\, to be held October 29-31\, 2020 at Princeton University.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Keynotes:</strong></p>\n\n<p>Sarah Coakley\, <em>Emeritus Norris-Hulse Professor of Divinity\, Cambridge University\, and Honorary Professor\, Logos Institute\, St. Andrews University</em></p>\n\n<p>Mark Johnston\, <em>Henry Putnam University Professor of Philosophy\, Princeton University</em></p>\n\n<p>Jennifer Lackey\,<em> Wayne and Elizabeth Jones Professor of Philosophy\, Northwestern University</em></p>\n\n\n<p>We are now inviting submissions of abstracts of papers in philosophy of religion\, broadly-construed.&nbsp\;In addition to all topics traditionally treated in analytic philosophy of religion\, we hope to include papers in the history&nbsp\;of&nbsp\;philosophical&nbsp\;thinking about religious issues\, the psychology and cognitive science of religion\, theories&nbsp\;and methods in the study&nbsp\;of religion\,&nbsp\;the philosophical study of non-western religious traditions\,&nbsp\;and religious ethics.&nbsp\;</p>\n\n<p>Please submit abstracts suitable for blind review of 300-500 words to <a href="mailto:pppr@princeton.edu">pppr@princeton.edu</a> by May 15\, 2020 with the subject &lsquo\;conference submission.&rsquo\; We aim to send notifications by June 15\, 2020.
