The proclamation of World Logic Day by the UNESCO\, in partnership with the CIPSH\, is intended to draw attention of inter-disciplinary scientific communities and the general public to the intellectual history\, conceptual meaning and practical implications of logic.
\nTo this end\, the Peruvian Society of Epistemology and Logic (SPEL) calls the academic community to participate in its First World Logic Day event\, to be celebrated on January 13-15\, 2021.
\nTalks
\nWe receive talks on any logic-related subject. Proposals should be submitted either as (a) extended abstracts (500-1500 words) or as (b) papers (3000-6000 words\, including a 200 words abstract). In both cases\, submissions should be prepared for blind review\; that is\, they should omit any reference to the identity of the author\, including names\, institution\, e-mail\, etc.
\nNote. In case (b)\, we suggest authors affiliated to a Peruvian institution to apply through the Francisco Miró\; Quesada Logic Prize 2021: \;https://spel.org.pe/premio-logica-2021/
\nPapers should be sent through our Easychair site\, or to dia.logica@spel.org.pe with subject "Talk"\, indicating in the body of the message the name\, affiliation\, email of the author.
