DESCRIPTION:<p>2nd Call for Papers: IV Meetings on Ethics and Political Philosophy\, University of Minho (Braga)\, May 20-21 2013<br><br>After three successful meetings on previous years\, we now welcome paper proposals for the fourth Meetings on Ethics and Political Philosophy\, which will be held at University of Minho\, Braga (Portugal)\, on May 20-21 2013.<br><br>We invite contributions in both moral philosophy and normative political theory. The Meetings provide an excellent opportunity to present both advanced and exploratory work in front of an open and welcoming audience. The call is open to graduate students\, junior researchers and senior scholars.<br><br>This year\, Professor Peter Vallentyne (Florence G. Kline Chair of Philosophy\, University of Missouri\, Columbia)\, will be our keynote speaker. He will offer a lecture on Animals and Equality and a lecture on Left-libertarianism.<br><br>If you are interested in presenting a paper on a topic of your choice\, please send your contact and affiliation\, an abstract (300 to 500 words) and 5 key words\, by January 30th to C&aacute\;tia Faria (<a target="_blank">catiaxfaria@gmail.com</a>) and Maria Joāo Cabrita (<a target="_blank">majcabrita@gmail.com</a>).
