DESCRIPTION:<p>This is a call for papers for Volume 3 of <em>Oxford Studies in Philosophy of Mind</em>. Each issue of <em>Oxford Studies in Philosophy of Mind</em> highlights two themes\, but features also papers outside those themes. For Volume 3\, the highlighted themes are:</p>\n<p><strong>Philosophy of mind and philosophy of science</strong>: how might the philosophy of science contribute to the philosophy of mind and vice versa?</p>\n<p><strong>Neglected modes of affect</strong>: what aspects of our affective life have been under-explored in philosophy and what can we learn from them?</p>\n<p>Invited contributors to the volume include Sara Aronowitz\, Alex Byrne\, Brie Gertler\, Mark Johnston\, Joshua Knobe\, Nico Orlandi\, David Papineau\, Laurie Paul\, and Daniel Stoljar. (Also invited are two papers\, by David Cunning and Alison Peterman\, on Margaret Cavendish&rsquo\;s philosophy of mind.)</p>\n<p>Submissions (any length\, any format) should be sent to OxStudMind@gmail.com by 1 November 2021.
