Both professional philosophers and graduate students are welcome.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>The submission deadline is: &nbsp\;03/15/2013</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Please submit papers accompanied by an abstract of no more than 300 words to: <a href="mailto:philosophy@lipsociety.org">philosophy@lipsociety.org</a>.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp\;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>The Long Island Philosophical Society is a regional Philosophical Society that is a dynamic forum for the exchange of ideas since 1964. LIPS is an internationally recognized Philosophical Society that is a valuable philosophical resource for the Greater New York area and hosts a membership of participants from 20 states as well as participating members from Brazil\, Canada and Ukraine.
