The conference is entitled &ldquo\;Decoloniality And Disintegration Of Western Cognitive Empire &ndash\; Rethinking Sovereignty And Territoriality In The 21st Century.&rdquo\;

The tentative dates for the conference are April 14-15\, though these may change depending on the number of participants and the structuring of the program.

The leadoff speaker for the conference will be the distinguished scholar Walter Mignolo\, Professor Emeritus of Humanities at Duke University. Prof. Mignolo will be presenting in his primary capacity as the annual Kirk Lecturer of the Department of Religious Studies at the University of Denver. The Kirk Lecture\, like the conference\, is free and open to the public.
