The LSE Department of Government is pleased to announce that applications are now open for its seventh annual Political Theory Graduate Conference\, to be held on \;Friday\, 4th June 2021.
The aim of the conference is to give graduate students working in the field of political theory (broadly conceived) an opportunity to present and receive feedback on their projects from peers and LSE faculty\, and build a wider community of graduate political theorists across the UK\, Europe and beyond.
\nDue to the ongoing pandemic\, the conference will be held online. Registration is free of charge.
Papers on \;any current theme within political theory\, political philosophy\, legal theory and the history of political thought \;will be considered. We particularly encourage applications from women and other under-represented groups in these fields. \;
\nIf you wish to apply\, please send an anonymized abstract of no more than \;500 words\, free of any identifying information\, and in PDF format\, \;to \;lsepotygradconf@gmail.com \;by \;19th \;March 2021. \;Please also include\, in the body of the e-mail\, your name and institutional affiliation.
\n\nAll abstracts will undergo a double-blind review process. We aim to notify all applicants about the outcome of their submission by late April. \; \;
