DESCRIPTION:<p>Art and Affect in the Predictive Mind&nbsp\;is&nbsp\;a three-day international and interdisciplinary conference that will bring together philosophers\, art historians\, and cognitive scientists for the first systematic exploration of the intersections between predictive processing and aesthetics.&nbsp\;The conference will take place online\, via Zoom\, on 30 June - 2 July 2021.</p>\n<p><br> <strong>Invited speakers:&nbsp\;</strong>Karl Friston (Wellcome Centre for Human Neuroimaging\, UCL)\, Ladislav Kesner (Masaryk University\, Brno &amp\; National Institute of Mental Health\, Klecany)\, Claudia Muth(Otto-Friedrich-Universit&auml\;t\, Bamberg)\, Diana Omigie (Goldsmiths\, University of London)\, Sander Van de Cruys (University of Antwerp)\, Peter Vuust (Aarhus University &amp\; Royal Academy of Music\, Aarhus).</p>\n\n<p><strong>Programme:&nbsp\;</strong>The full conference programme is available&nbsp\;on the conference website.</p>\n<p><br> <strong>Registration:&nbsp\;</strong>The conference will be free of charge\, but registration is required.
