Submitted papers should be (i) of a length suitable for\npresentation in 30 minutes (ii) prepared for blind review\, and (iii)\naccompanied by a separate page that includes title\, author information (name\,\naffiliation\, and contact information)\, and a brief abstract. Materials should\nbe submitted electronically (preferably in MS Word\, RTF\, or PDF form) to <a href="mailto:trobinson@muhlenberg.edu">trobinson@muhlenberg.edu</a>.&nbsp\; Suggestions for commentators (including\nself-nominations) are also welcome.</p>\n<p>Notification of Acceptance\nby: Fri.
