DESCRIPTION:<p>An\n afternoon workshop devoted to critical pedagogy\, the well-being agenda \nand the contributions the disciplines of philosophy and religious \nstudies can make to\n these issues. We will be exploring how philosophy\, philosophy of \nreligion\, practical theology and religious studies can enrich \ncontemporary discourse about education in general and the pedagogy of \nhappiness in particular. This event is the second in a series\n organised by the <em>Philosophy and Religious Practice </em>research \nnetwork\, co-organised by&nbsp\;the Philosophy Department at the University of \nLiverpool\, the Centre for Faiths and Public Policy at the University of \nChester and the Department of Philosophy\, Theology\n and Religious Studies at Liverpool Hope University.</p>\n\n\n\n\n<p>The\n event is free and will take place in Seminar Room 1 of the Department \nof Philosophy (7 Abercromby Square\; building no. 143 on the&nbsp\;<a target="_blank">campus\n map</a>) on Friday 10th February beginning at 1.00.
